We use a black light to locate where pet accidents have occurred. The ultra violet light will show exactly where the urine contaminant stains are located; stains the naked eye cannot detect. Although using the black light to find the organic contaminates is scary, it is also very amazing to see. If we cannot find the source of the problem, we cannot correct it.
After locating the source, our trained professionals can treat the pet odor and stains using powerful enzymes which digests and neutralizes the bacteria. Once the bacteria have been removed, the offending odor will disappear without leaving behind offensive fragrances. Tornado Alley Carpet Cleaning only uses the highest level of products; we do not want to mask the problem.
For the worst pet urine contamination, affected areas must be saturated or flushed and then extracted using the Water Claw. Doing this will leave your carpet residue and odor free.
